January
- 1st - New Year's Day
On the first, after receiving a little gift from your parents, visit the wishing well to celebrate the new year. Tortimer will be at the well, offering a few words of wisdom and he'll give you a new diary.
February
- 2nd - Groundhog Day
On the 2nd, all the towns folk will visit the well to see how long winter will last. It's been said that if a groundhog emerges from it's deep slumber, only to return to the comforts of hibernation that winter will continue to rule the area for weeks to come. The villagers will be in wait for the event which occurs at 9 am from 7 am at the wishing well. After the appearence of a familiar friend, talk to Tortimer to receive a flower model for your town model collection.
March
- 20th or 21st - Spring sports fair
Officer Copper holds a spring sports fair every March. Show up at each of the events then visit Tortimer who will give you a Spring Model as a reward for you interest in the fair.
Time Table Gymnastics - 9 am Ball Game - 1 pm Foot race - 11 am Tug-of-war - 3 pm
April
- 1st - April Fool's Day
Visit Tortimer on the day of pranks to receive a Super Tortimer. - 5th-7th - Cherry Blossom Festival
During the annual festival, leaves of many tress will change colour to a pink. This beautiful phenomena will be the talk of the town. Visit the town mayor for some info on this event and to receive a Pink Tree Model. - 22nd - Nature Day
Celebrate Nature Day with the rest of your wild animal friends by paying a visit to Tortimer who will reward you with a tree model to help you remember this event.
May
- 1st - Spring Cleaning
It's spring cleaning time again and the villagers will be in the spirit. Visit Tortimer to receive his symbol of spring cleaning: a Dump Model. - 2nd Sunday - Mother's Day
Visit the town mayor at the wishing well on this day of appreciation for mothers everywhere to receive a Lovely Phone.
June
- Every Sunday - Summer fishing tourney
Every sunday throughout June, Chip will host a summer fishing tourney. By beating the day's record of largest caught bass you'll earn various itmes. Fish early in the morning to catch some of the biggest bass of the season and enter them in the contest. Visit the mayor during any of the competitions to receive an angler trophy. - 2nd Friday - Graduation Day
On grad day, the mayor will reward you for your achievements by giving you a Tailor Model - 3rd Sunday - Father's Day
Visit Tortimer on Father's Day to receive a Locomotive Model.
July
- Random day in July - 'Your Hometown' Day
Celebrate your community's uniqueness with a holiday held on a date unique to your town. Inform yourself on the date of the event by checking the calendar and don't forget to visit the town mayor to receive a Train Station Model. - 4th - Fireworks show
Meet up with the rest of the villagers at the lake from 7-9 pm to watch the spectacle. Redd will be selling pinwheels and ballons at the event and visit Tortimer to receive a Bottle Tocket. - 25th-August 31st - Morning Aerobics
Every morning from 6-7 am, starting the 25th of July and continuing until the 31st of August, Officer Copper will hold an aerobics class. Wake up early to participate in the classes.
August
- 12th - Meteor Shower
Head over to the town lake to watch the display in the sky, and don't forget to visit the Mayor to receive a telescope in rememberance of the day. - 21st - Founder's Day
Visit the wise Tortimer on this day to receive a gift which represents the land that the town was founded upon: a weed model. - Every day - Morning Aerobics
By having the Mayor's event card stamped 14 times by partcipating in morning aerobics, you'll receive an aerobics radio so that you can practise all year round.
September
- 1st Monday - Labor Day
After watching the town's progress for a long time, Tortimer will offer you a Shop Model for all your hard work. - 23rd or 24th - Fall Sports Fair
The event replicated all the joyous activities of the Spring Sports Fair although an Autumn Medal is the prize this time if you can locate the mayor.

You'll have to consult your calender to find out the date of the Harvest Moon as it varies from year to year. Villagers from all around will wander about from 6pm to 9pm near the town lake, including Tortimer. Talk to the wise 'Ol turtoise to take home the moon in rememberance of the event.
October
- 2nd Monday - Explorer's Day
Head over to Tortimer this wonderful day to receive a Bottled Ship as a memento to help keep the adventerous spirit inside you shining brightly. - 15th-25th - Mushrooming Season
Throughout those 10 days of the month, wake up early to participate in a mushroom hunt like no other. Five mushrooms will grow at random locations throughout town at 8am and every 15 minuts, a fellow villager will take one. Put on your hunting boots early to find those mushrooms before anyone else and if you chose so, sell them to Nook for a quick buck. - Oct 31st - Halloween
Purchase as much candy as possible from Nook during the few weeks before Halloween in preparation for the frightful event. From 6pm on the 31st to 1am the next day, trick or treating is on the mind of every villager in town as they dress up. The critters will often chase after you and demand candy, and if you do not hand over a piece of the delicious sweetness, they’ll either transform your clothes into rags or one of your items into a Jack-in-the-box or Jack-O’-Lantern. Find Tortimer during this special time to receive a gift: Katrina’s Tent. Also, run in search for the real Jack in order to trade him candy for a piece of Spooky furniture. It’ll be difficult to find him, but keep in mind that he will never chase after you, unlike the villagers. - Varies - Harvest Moon

November
- First Tuesday – Mayor’s Day
Tortimer celebrates many things throughout the year, so how could he miss an opportunity to celebrate himself. Visit the ‘Ol Turtle to receive a Well Model as a reminder of his role in your town. - 11th - Officer’s Day
On Officer’s day, you can honour the role of the dogs in the blue, Copper and Booker, by visiting the mayor. He’ll give you a Police Model as a gift, highlighting the importance of the police. - Every Sunday - Fall Fishing Tourney
Chip will hold a second fishing tournament throughout the year, one in which competitions will be held every Sunday throughout the month. Beat the day’s records for Bass fishing to earn rewards of all kinds. Find the mayor on one of those days to receive a Fishing Trophy. - 4th Thursday - Harvest Festival
Attend the celebration anytime from 3 to 9pm to watch an interesting story unfold. Tortimer has invited a special guest for the holiday feast, and he just so happens to be a turkey. Poor Franklin is nervous about attending the super, so help him out by stealing cutlery from the banquet table. Return to him to receive a piece of furniture from Harvest series, and repeat this process to earn all the items he has to offer. - 4th Friday – Sale Day
Spend Sale Day, the day after Harvest Day, purchasing goods from Nook and the shady Redd, who has set up shop for this special occasion. Nook will have a selection of grab bags, containing three random items, which you can purchase for a relatively low price. The mayor will also be caught up in all the hype, so visit Tortimer to receive a Market Model.
December
- 1st – Snow Day
Celebrate Snow Day by visiting the mayor, who will give you a snowman to decorate your home with for the season. - 23rd – Toy Day
Visit Tortimer on this special occasion to receive a gift based on your gender. You’ll get a Miniature Car if you’re playing as a mall character, and Doll is you’re playing as a female. - 24th – Jingle Comes to Town
Whether you’ve been naughty or nice doesn’t matter to Jingle; he’ll give you a present anyway. Find Jingle, wandering around town, anytime from 8pm the 24th to 1am the 25th. He’ll give you a rare item from the Jingle series if you can locate him, and by changing your outfit, you may be able to trick him into giving you more items from the series. Who says being naughty doesn’t pay? - 31st – New Year’s Eve
Celebrate the beginning of a new year with the rest of the villagers in your town who are gathering by the lake. Fireworks will take place from 11pm to 1am the next day, and a large clock will countdown to the New Year. Talk to Tortimer throughout the night to receive a Noisemaker, a special memento, so that you won’t soon forget the event.
